Over the years, people have become more aware of what goes inside their bodies and their skin-care products. Gone are the days when people would blindly apply items on their skin without turning the label to scrutinize its contents. Keeping the consequences in mind, consumers are making more informed decisions with what they use and consume.

Looking presentable while stepping out of the house is an unsaid rule that any societal being cannot escape. Unless one is a hippie, they ensure to use some of the other skin-care products on a daily basis to look more confident and youthful. However, using chemical-ridden products regularly could be harmful to one’s health and skin.

No amount of false promises, marketing gimmicks and material benefits can now keep a conscious customer associated with a brand against his/her will.

Now that the world is valuing natural and sustainable products more because they contain an “air of authenticity,” and make them feel good about shopping ethically and passing the goodness forward to local sellers and communities, retailers are also making a conscious effort toward meeting this demand

More than 85,000 synthetic chemicals are in use today and the vast majority of them have never been properly tested for safety.

The health impact from combining chemicals is also largely untested. The detrimental effect that these chemicals have had on our health, however, is well-documented. The following books provide a clear picture of the harm these products have caused:

● Our Stolen Future

● Living Downstream

We should never have allowed, in the name of "progress", untested chemicals to be released into the environment and we most certainly should never have allowed the release of chemicals KNOWN to cause harm! Collectively, we need to move toward a day when releasing unsafe or untested chemicals into our environment is just as offensive and unacceptable to us as human slavery or the use of nuclear bombs.

Each time you buy a product containing unsafe or untested chemicals, you are exposing yourself and your family to the possible/known harmful effects of these chemicals. You are also exposing animals, plants, and other people to these chemicals throughout the product's life cycle -- manufacturing, use, and disposal.

Here are some reasons as to why you should shift to chemical free products

Here are some reasons as to why you should shift to chemical free products

● They don't cause allergies

● They're environment friendly

● They contain no chemicals

● They're paraben-free

● They're like second skin

● They're winter favourites

● They smell natural

The artificial ingredients in your standard health products don’t just affect you—they can also damage the environment. From sprays sending chemicals into the air to powders and creams washing down the drain at the end of the day, these products contribute to air and water pollution in your environment. Do the planet—and yourself—a favor by switching to products that prioritize environmental health and only use herbal, organic, vegan ingredients.
